Grounds & Gardens
Completed in early 2005, this fully air conditioned villa is set in generous grounds overlooking the Rotonda River, which attracts numerous local bird life. To the front there are landscaped gardens and a long driveway leading to an integral two-car garage incorporating electric doors.
Living Area
The spacious open plan layout provides excellent accommodation, having a formal living room for relaxing in after a long day at the beach, and a separate family room with multi-channel cable television and hi-fi system. A CD/intercom system has been installed throughout the villa and pool area, ensuring you can listen to your favourite music (bring your own CD's!), or tune into the local radio stations.
Adjacent to the formal living room is the sumptuous dining area, with seating for six. There is also an informal breakfast area "the Nook", leading from the kitchen and overlooking the pool.
Kitchen
The fully fitted and spacious kitchen boasts a host of amenities including dishwasher, oven, microwave, side-by-side fridge freezer and a comprehensive range of cookware and crockery. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit
Bedrooms
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms, all en-suite, which can sleep six people. All bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer.
Swimming Pool
The superb solar heated swimming pool has a southerly aspect to make the most of the long sunny days, and has been designed and finished to the highest standards, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. A large shaded lanai with outdoor dining area and seating for six overlooks the superb solar heated swimming pool. An external illuminated ceiling fan adds a cooling breeze to the warm Florida evenings. Twin lion head fountains adorn the end of the pool, creating a relaxing ambience as the water gently cascades into the pool. For the safety of young children, there is a pool alarm system. For added convenience, there is a separate washroom adjacent to the pool.
Telephones
There are two hands-free telephones at the property, one located in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. All local calls are free of charge.
Weather
Florida is renowned for it's all year round climate with warm sunny days and mild nights.
Directions
Englewood is approximately three hours drive from Orlando International Airport and only 1½ hours from Tampa International.
